songpod creates and hosts stylish and affordable mini-sites for bands. songpod mini-sites are designed to streamline promotional activites for bands and musicians, helping them get gigs, get people to gigs, and to present themselves to booking agents, labels and managers in a professional manner. songpod is a niftycorp project

The Red Room Company is a poetry organisation that creates poetry inspired events. Under the direction of Artistic Director, Johanna Featherstone, I'm updating the existing site, adding features, and developing a visual style for the organisation. Recent additions to the site include the Red Room Commissions, and an streaming audio player to highlight selected poets every month.

Working with Balance Design, I created the animated Flash introduction and navigation for Candice Alley's web site. The animation features subtle interactive elements and streaming audio. Candice Alley communicated her vision for the site very clearly, and both Candice and Universal Records Australia were very pleased with the results.

Amnesty International is constantly working to protect human rights around the world. Last year some friends were involved in oganising Amnesty projects including "Day Break in Detention" and "Daybreak in Detention". I helped out with designs for flyers, badges and certificates.

Streaming audio and animated dancers capture the vibe of Youssou NDour's music. Fans come to youssou.com to see photos and listen to new tracks. The site is currently available in French and English, catering to thousands of Youssou NDour fans across the globe.

Twinklepop is a gallery of of animated music clips created by designers from around the globe, to help promote up and coming bands. The interface was created in Flash5, and previews of each clips are are loaded dynamically, allowing the viewer to load content as needed rather than waiting for a hefty download upfront.

These promotional PDFs were designed to promote the talents of 'Mo' Award winning Australian 'pops' pianist Bernard Walz.

Joe-Schmoe.com is a basic HTML website featuring Joe Schmoe's biography, latest gigs and downloadable mp3's. The site was designed to promote the band and to keep fans informed about upcoming shows.

I designed the front end of this dynamic youth arts site in conjunction with the technical wizards at Vitrual Artists. The site was built on top of VA's Virtual Community Engine, a combination of proprietary code and XML which makes it possible for artists around Australia to contribute their own content to the site. Due to the collaborative nature of the site the page templates were desgined to accomodate a diverse range of styles.
